隱身在敦北中國信託 大樓旁的巷弄裡,有一家難得一見,主打老北京炸醬麵、紅燒獅子頭與豆干包湯南北方特色餐點組合,位於敦化北路120巷7弄5號的「老北京雜醬麵館」,由一對夫婦經營的小吃店,店內空間不大燈光明亮,收拾得乾乾淨淨的,老闆老闆娘待人客客氣氣的都很加分,當然最主要的賣點,還是在店內來自北京、四川與淮陽的餐點,用料紮實菜色新鮮,點餐後直接在店內享用,那滋味入口都是滿滿的幸福。

店內每張桌上都擺放有菜單,造訪了多回,麵、飯、湯與小菜幾乎道道都好吃,當天點了一碗「招牌手工炸醬麵」(NT$70/碗)、一盤「紅燒獅子頭飯」(NT$110/盤)與一碗「豆干包湯」(NT$55/碗),均價看似比一般小吃店,但看了端上桌的份量,吃入口的滋味,絕對是物超所值很划得來,喜歡吃辣的朋友,就別錯過店內另一道招牌菜「四川麻辣抄手」(NT$65/碗),不管是一個人獨享,或與親友同事前往用餐,都能滿足口腹之欲。

首先分享的是這碗「招牌手工炸醬麵」(NT$70/碗),麵條軟嫩Q彈好入口,上面鋪滿了晶亮迷人的炸醬,再大方地撒上一把鮮度滿分的小黃瓜切絲,分開單吃後,再攪拌著吃,一碗就能吃到豐富多層次的炸醬麵美味,跟一般吃到的炸醬面過於死鹹的味道不同,店家的炸醬嚴選後臀肩瘦肉部位的溫體豬肉,並經過人工一刀刀切成肉丁口感紮實,鹹度掌握得恰到好處,與手工拉麵跟小黃瓜切絲混搭後,入口更是滋潤芳香,一整個讓人回味無窮,幾乎每回去都要來上一碗,滿足追求美食的欲望。

接著品嚐的是這盤「紅燒獅子頭飯」(NT$110/盤) ,一般到自助餐館點的或買回的便當菜,都有青菜過於軟爛的問題,但這家完全不會!

「紅燒獅子頭飯」一上桌,很自然就先聚焦在這顆個頭碩大無比,光視覺上看就很驚豔的紅燒獅子頭,內餡飽滿紮實,入口卻是軟嫩,咀嚼起來很過癮!

搭配一大球的入口仍溫熱的白飯,還有三道小菜,有炒蛋、有蒲瓜、青菜、黑木耳與筍絲,道道入口都很新鮮,搭配得恰到好處,跟紅燒獅子頭與白飯搭著吃,根本就是身在人間天堂的美妙滋味,因為份量足,吃起來也很有飽足感。

最後再來上一碗「豆干包湯」(NT$55/碗),兩大塊三角形碩大的豆干包,裡面用的豬肉餡,吃起來跟紅燒獅子頭的內餡,有異曲同工之妙,放上芹菜末簡單的調味,讓入口都聚焦在豆干包上,聰明的原汁原味。

喜歡這家南北和菜色小吃的朋友,有機會經過中國信託大樓,別忘了到這家隱身在隔壁巷弄的「老北京雜醬麵館」,搭乘北捷前來的朋友,不管是在小巨蛋站,還是南京復興站出站,步行約莫5分鐘就抵達,來上一碗「招牌手工炸醬麵」、一盤「紅燒獅子頭飯」與一碗「豆干包湯」,讓你的身心靈都得到療癒!
