每回到西門町看電影回家途中,總會經過這家位於台北市萬華區昆明街80號,一整棟鮮黃紅字招牌的「澳門陳光記燒味餐廳」,光是「四代傳承,百年燒味」就很吸引人,更別說這一家是連續9年榮獲澳門米其林美食推薦,跨海來台在台北西門町開設的台灣第一家總店,主打多款風味不同的燒鵝燒鴨、首創黑椒鴨、黑椒蝦雲吞麵、咖哩魚丸與咖哩滷蛋等精美小食。 

 

風味與大家熟悉的香港鮮蝦雲吞麵和台式茶葉蛋,入口風味口感都迥然不同,2020上半年因為Covid-19疫情的關係,生意大受影響;但老店咬緊牙根苦撐,終於在下半年迎來久違的店內來客,我也在7月30日中午,進去店內用餐一解等候已久的米其林推薦美食。  

 

整棟建築雖然只有一樓營業,但老板大手筆從大樓外觀、巷內側門、正門柱子到店門門口左右兩側,都打了用色鮮明的廣告,路過的饕客經過很然不被吸引,上面詳細地以圖文介紹店家的起源,以及創始人陳樹光先生,細數一百多年前,原住在中國廣東的祖父,因中日戰亂舉家輾轉到了澳門,經過了四代傳承,一路創業過程,對於飲食的想法與用心。

走進一樓店面外面,門口開在左側,右窗可以看見店內用餐的朋友,左窗則是可以看到店內師傅進行燒味美食的料理烹煮,讓路過的行人經過時可以看到店內的用心。

走進店內左手邊圖文並茂地呈現著各種口味的燒鴨燒鵝,店內的裝潢風格,就非常有澳式風格的特色,除了可以內用,也提供電話預訂與外帶,年底公司聚餐都是選在此地享用,右手邊最裡面還有一個半開放式的空間,用餐客人可以親眼看到老師傅,憑藉著多年累積的經驗,在房間進行燒鵝燒鵝現烤的過程,當然也禮數周到地準備了茶水,讓用餐的客人在用餐前,先享用一杯溫潤入喉的熱茶。

店家有個很奇特的舉動,一進門店員會給你菜單,但又提醒你千萬不要畫單,想清楚決定要吃甚麼後,先到結帳櫃台用說的告訴店員,結完帳後回到座位,自然會有店員依序送餐,這個給單又不准畫單,是為了節省菜單印製嗎?讓人百思不得其解,每位進來的客人,店員都要開口跟客人說一遍,這倒底是省時還是費工,蠻有趣的安排。

 

當天我點了一碗「黑椒蝦雲吞麵」(NT$150/碗)、一碗「咖哩魚蛋」(NT$120/碗),與一顆「咖哩滷蛋」(NT$20/顆),一共NT$290,就初嚐來自澳門的米其林美食小吃,首先送上桌,品嚐的是這顆圓滾滾的「咖哩滷蛋」,入口有咖哩的香氣跟辣度,口感與台式傳統滷蛋或茶葉蛋大不同。

接著送上的是這碗看起來辣度十足,吃起來也的確很火辣的一碗「咖哩魚蛋」(NT$120/碗),當然魚蛋,也就是台灣俗稱的魚丸,入口Q彈中又帶有咬勁,喜歡咀嚼的朋友蠻適合點這道來嚐鮮。

最後享用的是店家招牌麵食「黑椒蝦雲吞麵」(NT$150/碗),細麵麵條的烹煮方法也不太一樣,入口較軟,雲吞個頭較精巧細緻,裡面包的蝦仁加有獨特的黑胡椒,風味跟跟港式雲吞麵口感大不同,沒吃過的朋友不妨前往嚐鮮,如果多人一起前往,那一定別錯過點隻招牌黑椒燒鴨來感受,能連拿9年的米其林推薦的澳門小吃,迷人的風韻!
