正月初一全家開車第一次造訪大溪老街,真的像劉姥姥進大觀園,從大溪橋經中正公園,來到了和平路的老街區,整條老街建築造景古色古香,華麗風格更勝其它老街,賣的食物也十分多樣化,少有重覆,種類繁多口味多選,除了桃園當地的土產讓人愛不釋口外,當天還逛到了這家位於和平路103號,主打金門古早味傳統美食的「古早味金門麵館」從切仔麵、辣妹乾麵、客家小湯圓、蚵仔湯、滷肉飯與焢肉飯,最特別是還有金門版的蚵仔煎,一份要價NT$90,比一般常吃到的台版蚵仔煎NT$60,要貴上1/3,難得造訪當然要來嚐鮮,店家也是老房子,攤位廚房就設在店前,紅底黃字的招牌還真是醒目。

欣逢正月初一又是中午用餐高峰,全部客滿一位難求,等了大約10分鐘,才有張小桌讓我們用餐, 走進店內,空間其實不大,牆上貼的都是金門相關的地圖與資訊,桌與桌之間空間十分有限,端著熱騰騰的湯麵上桌的店員,都是一邊走一邊高喊大家別亂動,當天天氣好陽光高照,吃個飯活像在打仗,果然很有身在金門戰地的緊張氛圍,於是我們快速拿了菜單,點了一份「金門版蚵仔煎」(NT$90/盤)、一碗「蚵仔麵」(NT$70/碗)、三碗「陽春麵」(NT$40/碗)、一碗「切仔麵」(NT$40/碗)、一碗「粄條」(NT$40/碗)、一碗「蚵仔湯」(NT$50/碗)、一盤大盤「豆干拼盤」(NT$60/盤)、一盤「油豆腐」(NT$30/盤)與一盤「燙青菜」(NT$40/盤),點了這麼多,用料新鮮天然又好吃,七個人吃 只花了NT$540,CP值蠻高的。

首先要讚美在大溪老街吃到的豆製品,口感就是跟在其它地方吃到的不一樣,不管是「豆干拼盤」(NT$60/盤),還是「油豆腐」(NT$30/盤),吃起來都特別地新鮮軟嫩,簡單的醬油與蔥調衛,入口就美味,一整個很天然的味道。

這盤「燙青菜」(NT$40/盤),是炒高麗菜淋上滷肉醬汁,青菜的鮮甜與滷肉的芳香一次擁有,在嘴裡交融碰撞,迸發出令人驚豔的口感!

接著就是品嚐「陽春麵」(NT$40/碗)、「切仔麵」(NT$40/碗)與「粄條」(NT$40/碗),同樣的不知道是大溪的水靈孕育了好的麵條與粄條,吃起來特別地柔軟滑順,撒上滿滿的豆芽菜、油蔥與芹菜調味,吃起來特別有滋味,湯頭也不會過鹹。

接著品嚐是這一碗「蚵仔麵」(NT$70/碗) 「蚵仔湯」(NT$50/碗)豆芽菜與芹菜之外,還有九層塔提味,金門出產的石蚵個頭不大,但店家給的大方,吃得出新鮮,跟麵一起入口,給人一種鮮而不鹹的口感,純湯的部份則另外加入薑絲調味,喝了很順喉暖身。

最後壓軸的就是這盤用料紮實風味獨特的「金門版蚵仔煎」(NT$90/盤),從煎法、青菜與蚵仔的用量都跟台版蚵仔煎不一樣,金門版的蚵仔煎,選的是金門的石蚵,個頭不大但店家放得更多,煎得扁平,勾芡放得不多,但最大的不同,在於醬汁的風味,吃起來口感就是不一樣,很難形容一定要親自來嚐鮮,才懂得箇中滋味。
