清明連假第一天,搭乘北捷板南線,從府中站2號出口出站右轉,順著府中站一路前行,過了文化路一段,看見正在整修的慈惠宮對面宮口街右轉,進入黃石市場,一路前行看到紅豆餅攤位後面長長的排隊人潮就到了這家位於新北市板橋區宮口街28號,由「高記生炒魷魚」與「炸蘿蔔糕、芋粿巧與糯米腸」兩家小吃攤組成的超人氣排隊店,「高記生炒魷魚」一碗只要NT$45,雖然不大,但料多實在,「炸蘿蔔糕」(NT$20/份)、「芋粿巧」(NT$15/份)與「糯米腸」(NT$10/ 份)更是便宜到驚人,但份量十足,一般客人內用,都習慣點上一碗「高記生炒魷魚」(NT$45/碗)與一份「炸蘿蔔糕芋粿巧糯米腸炸物綜合拼盤」(NT$45),兩個銅板價有找,平價份量足又美味,難怪從早到晚都是人氣鼎盛爆棚!

週二到週日08:00 ~ 17:30 任何時間都有人在排隊,以我在4月1日下午約莫4點抵達,整個店內座無虛席,外帶與內用都得排隊慢慢等,因為炸蘿蔔糕、芋粿巧與糯米腸都是現點現炸,生炒魷魚則是事先裝好一袋袋,讓想外帶的客人直接取用,想內用的就得乖乖地排隊,等內用的客人吃完才能進去一嚐美食!

排隊人潮分兩邊,如果兩種都想要外帶的客人,先排「炸蘿蔔糕芋粿巧糯米腸」炸物攤,結帳付清拿到現點現炸的美食後,再到「高記生炒魷魚」說要外帶,老闆娘就會從裝滿一整箱,已分裝好的袋給客人結帳,而要內用的客人,就排在「高記生炒魷魚」攤位前等有空位再入座,賣生炒魷魚的老闆同樣忙得不可開交,一直在煮再舀還要親自送到客人桌上,好的地方是兩家的美食可以一起叫,內用客人吃完再結帳即可。

 

人潮雖多兩家動作都很快,沒等多久就來到攤前,第一眼看到的是這家炸物攤,店內有三寶「炸蘿蔔糕」(NT$20/份)、「芋粿巧」(NT$15/份)與「糯米腸」(NT$10/ 份),黃底紅字的招牌十分醒目,老闆切炸物的手從沒停過,老闆娘則負責裝袋淋汁收錢。

當天是首訪,自然跟著大家一樣,點上一碗「高記生炒魷魚」(NT$45/碗)與一份「炸蘿蔔糕芋粿巧糯米腸炸物綜合拼盤」(NT$45),一定是生炒魷魚先上桌,然後等一段時間,炸物綜合拼盤才會上桌。

這碗「高記生炒魷魚」(NT$45/碗)碗不大,跟我在龍山寺吃過的「蘇家肉圓油粿」的碗大小差不多,但用料實在,入口滿滿新鮮Q彈的生炒魷魚,厚度口感都跟士林夜市的生炒魷魚大不同,還有勾芡的高麗菜,甜中帶點微辣,覺得喜歡吃甜的台南朋友來這家吃的話,應該很合胃口,對我來說除了甜了點外,的確很好吃。

接著就來品嚐這份由「炸蘿蔔糕」(NT$20/份)、「芋粿巧」(NT$15/份)與「糯米腸」(NT$10/ 份),組成的炸蘿蔔糕芋粿巧糯米腸炸物綜合拼盤」(NT$45),真的是份量十足,一個男生搭配生炒魷魚一起吃,都有點過飽,CP值真的超高,「炸蘿蔔糕」(NT$20/份)跟「芋粿巧」(NT$15/份)炸得外酥內軟,一口咬下出乎意外地美味十分推薦,「糯米腸」(NT$10/ 份)相較之下硬了點,但一樣好吃。
