因為新冠病毒疫情不斷來攪局,今年隔了七個多月,終於盼到昨天再度造訪這家位於台北市北投區石牌路2段66號的「創盛號烘焙本舖」北投石牌店店家主打打從招牌羅宋系列、丹麥系列、生日蛋糕、天然奶油手工蛋黃酥、歐式麵包、法式麵包、台式麵包、精選小吐司、手工餅乾,到精選預購禮盒等多元化烘焙產品,都甚受台日西式麵包蛋糕迷的歡迎,而其中尤以打響名號的「招牌羅宋系列」,不管賣相、風味與口感,吃過後最讓人魂縈夢牽!
 
「創盛號烘焙本舖」的「招牌羅宋系列」,店家嚴選日東麵粉、法國天然發酵奶油、ISO雞蛋、古代岩鹽等高級食材製作,過程完全不添加任何香料與防腐劑,口味上共有岩鹽奶油、明太子、肉桂核桃、花生、金沙、香檸、起司與香蒜八種,今天先跟大家分享的是「香蒜風味招牌羅宋麵包」(NT$89/個),看似簡單的外包裝,卻能將巨大無比的麵包,防護得十分得當,中間經過快1小時的車程,回到家打開,香蒜風味招牌羅宋麵包」一整個完好無缺。

晚餐時按照店家原本就已切開的痕跡,折成數塊放入電鍋加水蒸煮,起鍋時一打開招牌羅宋麵包的香氣,直奔口耳然後一路盤旋而下在唇齒之間瀰漫飄散,輕輕撕開咬上一口,毫不費力地享受著「香蒜風味招牌羅宋麵包」(NT$89/個)極其鬆、軟、綿的多重口感,一整個讓人回味無窮愈吃愈香濃!
