時序入秋，又是吃火鍋的旺季，忙碌的工商社會，愛吃火鍋的朋友，也不見得每回都約得到好友一起聚餐共食，這家由王品企業「石二鍋」於2018年推出的副品牌「12MINI 經典即享鍋」全台門市，提供一個人也能獨享火鍋的美妙滋味，今年七月初搭乘台北捷運，從南京復興站一出站，旁邊的「慶城街1號」百貨新改裝不久的B1美食廣場，一下樓梯右手邊，便可以看到這間「12MINI經典即享鍋-台北慶城店」窗明机淨，配色明亮的迷人身影，偌大的品牌廣告、新穎的櫥窗設計與排隊線路安排，顯得井然有序，店門口也有清楚的解說牌告知店內點餐的流程，店家也提供APPQRCode 快速點餐神器與外送餐點服務。

 

全店採用自助式服務，客人點完餐結完帳之後，就等候叫號自行到廚房取餐，已不復見王品品牌老董在的年代，周到體貼的服務，連在入門門口點餐時，店員明明已經看到我站在點餐櫃台前，還忙著跟認識的朋友敘舊聊天，整整聊了一分鐘，直到對方離開，才大夢初醒的招呼我，與過往王品品牌被人讚譽有加的服務態度與水平大相逕庭!

當天我點了一份「小紅番茄豬肉鍋」(NT$155/鍋)，麵條可以自由搭配，我點了「烏龍麵」(NT15/碗)，加點一杯大杯去冰的大炭焙紅茶飲料(NT$25/杯)，一共NT$195，當天用餐的人蠻多的，等了一段時間才叫到我，乖乖地自動前往廚房領餐。

大杯紅茶大小，跟一般連鎖速食漢堡店的大杯飲品相同，入口清涼不甜!

麵條可以選擇，我點的「烏龍麵」(NT15/碗)也一併送上，麵條看起來白晰厚實，放入湯鍋後與番茄湯頭交融，入口Q彈好咀嚼!

吃火鍋我習慣先喝上一口湯，因為是整鍋食材的菁華縮影，好不好喝一口就知道，「小紅番茄豬肉鍋」(NT$155/鍋)當然不會只有番茄與豬肉，而是搭配了各種大家吃火鍋時常見的海鮮食材，用料內容豐富新鮮潤喉不過鹹，接下來就跟大家一一分享，我享受到的美味餐點。

首先映入眼簾的是玉米與高麗菜，與吸滿湯汁的烏龍麵，食材都已煮熟又不至於過爛，火候掌握恰到好處，玉米粒好剝咬入口。

豬肉、蛋餃與丸子，吃起來跟一般超市買的知名火鍋品牌口感差不多。

當然也少不了小火鍋常見的紅蝦、豆腐、豆皮，都已煮熟好剝肉質軟嫩!

當然也少不了大家愛吃的米血糕、蛋餃、蟹肉棒、甜不辣、黑木耳與各種青菜。

整體來說，「小紅番茄豬肉鍋」(NT$155/鍋)的用料蠻豐盛，食材鮮度也有一定的品質，份量上對一個人獨享其實蠻豐盛的，想要吃到飽足對一般食量的朋友應該沒問題!
