1921年,「兩喜號」創辦人,18歲的陳兩喜,用扁擔挑著美味的魷魚羹,在萬華龍山寺前叫賣,一碗羹中有爽脆的魷魚片,與Q彈的旗魚丸,料實味美贏得許多忠實老主顧,生意蒸蒸日上,「兩喜號」也從第一代一人挑的遊動美食,到第二代成了落腳龍山商場的固定攤販。

 

1989年,第三代陳秉駿接手,歷經1993年龍山商場拆遷,選在西園路擺攤重新做起,直到2003,十年奮鬥有成,終於有了可以永續經營的店面,2015年第四代陳輿安放下玩音樂,接手祖業,現在廣州街、西園路與南機場各有一家,為了迎接2021創業百年的歡慶,今年10底前西園店也完成了店外招牌與店內裝潢更新,走過2020年全球肺炎病毒造成的商業損失,寄望2021百年再創高峰!

 

店內品項也愈發多元化,從經典單品的魷魚羹、魚酥羹、蝦仁羹、花枝羹、炸魚塊羹、酥炸赤肉羹、綜合羹與清湯瓜仔排骨(西園店限定),到麵、米粉、冬粉與飯,再到單點炸物小菜如天婦羅、蝦捲等等,從傳統古早味,到傳承新創菜色,樣樣平價又美味,而且上菜速度快,店員服務也很周到,充滿質樸的人情味,喜歡台灣小吃的朋友,不管是全家還是呼朋引友聚餐,吃巧吃飽都一次滿足。

店內新裝潢的Q版食物門神,以及諧音的產品照,充滿古樸鄉土與喜氣洋溢。

桌上也有防疫隔板讓人吃到美味,也吃到安心,當然也歡迎來店客人使用消費券。

11月初點了「經典魷魚羹」(NT$65/大碗)、「乾麵」(NT$35/碗)、「滷油豆腐」(NT$30/盤)與「現炸牛蒡天婦羅滷油豆腐」(NT$35/盤),一共NT$165,就吃得非常滿足。

 「經典魷魚羹」(NT$65/大碗)兩種魷魚羹吃起來鮮美,一點點勾芡與香菜,吃起來口舌生香。

「滷油豆腐」(NT$30/盤)一盤六個,個個軟嫩好入口,外皮不會偏硬或過爛,醬油調味更添美味。

 「現炸牛蒡天婦羅滷油豆腐」(NT$35/盤)切成四片,份量恰到好處,吃起來外酥脆內軟嫩,沾醬更加鮮美,十分推薦!

最後品嚐的是「乾麵」(NT$35/碗),麵量十足吃起來很有飽足感,麵條爽口上面撒上滷肉,鹹得剛剛好,下回再訪還想嚐嚐店內其它招牌美味,再跟大家一一分享!
