多次造訪這家位於敦化北路120巷7弄5號的「老北京雜醬麵館」，主打老北京炸醬麵、紅燒獅子頭飯麵與豆干包湯等南北方特色餐點組合，由一對和氣能幹的夫婦共同經營，店內空間生意非常好，店內來自北京、四川與淮陽的餐點，提供內用外帶與外賣，餐點用料紮實菜色鮮甜，不管多忙老闆對烹調都有一定的堅持，不會因為客人多趕著吃，就快快了事，以確保美味上桌的品質，這點讓人佩服!

 

昨晚前往點了之前從未點過的「紅燒獅子頭乾麵」(NT$110)，與每回來都必點的「豆干包湯」(NT$55)，一共NT$165，點餐後在店內享用，每回總能吃得到美味又吃飽!

這碗「豆干包湯」(NT$55/碗)，一碗內就盛著兩塊碩大的三角豆干包，一口咬下外Q內嫩，豆甘包內的豬肉餡，吃起來跟紅燒獅子頭的內餡師出同門，佐以芹菜末調味，入口飽實香軟，讓人回味無窮。

接著品嚐第一次點的「紅燒獅子頭乾麵」(NT$110)，跟「紅燒獅子頭飯」一樣，除了一顆渾圓飽滿單點要價NT$55的紅燒獅子頭外，還會搭配三樣菜，然後白飯換成了乾麵，紅燒獅子頭是店內招牌，整顆內餡飽滿紮實，入口咀嚼起來軟嫩，家中有牙口不好的長輩也能享用!

昨晚的三道小菜是番茄炒蛋、豆腐皮與高麗菜，番茄炒蛋溫熱軟嫩，吃起來滿滿湯汁，豆腐皮軟實與高麗菜鮮脆好入口。

乾麵選用的是細麵條，跟招牌炸醬麵的粗寬手工拉麵不同，口感別有一番風味，吃起來油鹹度恰到好處!
