昨天晚上到台北長庚看完中醫拿完藥，特別前往興安街的欣欣大眾魷魚羹店，沒想到又沒開店，週一與週五晚上連兩次撲空，原本想就近去吃上回吃過的客家小館的炒粄條，沒想到又沒開店，就沿著興安街一路往復興北路方向前行，竟意外地在台北市松山區興安街172-1號，看見這家「強記圓環肉羹」，由兩位年紀大約20歲上下，非常年輕的越南老闆掌廚，主打的是圓環肉羹、滷肉飯、排骨酥湯與蝦捲，粉紅底反白字的橫式與直式的招牌，在夜晚顯得特別顯眼。

 

入門門口設在右邊，還有萌萌的人物的設計圖騰蠻吸引人，餐點都很道地好吃，但晚餐時段客人並不多，吃完結帳時跟年輕老闆小聊，原來是店家主打附近的上班族，所以中餐時段是用餐高峰期，店內不大，但收拾得十分乾淨，牆壁上設有抽取式衛生紙，每張桌上整齊擺放著基本調味瓶，包括醬油、辣椒醬與胡椒粉，還有筷子與牙籤，方便客人自行取用與增減調味。

一進門的牆上設有點菜單，勾選完想吃的餐點，就交給老闆在一入門左邊的廚房，吃完後再結帳十分貼心，昨晚點了一盤「魯油豆腐」(NT$25/盤)、一碗小碗的「滷肉飯」(NT$30/小碗)、一盤「蝦捲」(NT$60/盤)、與一碗「肉羹湯」(NT$50/碗)，四道菜只花了一共NT$155，CP值超高，而且真的都好吃，讓人一吃就愛上。

首先品嚐的是這一盤「魯油豆腐」(NT$25/盤)，一盤有四塊，外面有點黑，吃起來鹹甜交錯，還蠻好吃。

接著品嚐的是這一碗小碗的「滷肉飯」(NT$30/小碗)，它家的滷肉，採用絞肉式的肉燥淋上醬汁，看似是肥肉，但入口吃起來清爽不油膩，非常下飯，白飯也很蒸的熟熱，跟滷肉一起攪拌過後入口就是絕配的台灣道地的小吃美食。

第三道品嚐的是這盤「蝦捲」(NT$60/盤)、外皮炸得酥脆，內餡蝦肉飽滿，個頭也比較碩大，吃起來很有咀嚼飽足感。

最後品嚐的店內招牌，這碗「肉羹湯」(NT$50/碗)，碗雖不大，撈起來的料十分豐盛，肉羹是赤肉裹上薄薄的一層粉，入口軟嫩好順喉，配料與調料讓湯頭喝起來濃淡適中，喝完身心整個溫暖了起來，剛好適合颱風過境後微涼的台北夜晚。
