這家位於台北市松山區長春路490號,主生魚片、丼飯、手卷、握壽司、炸物、烤物、清酒多款美食的日式餐廳「The 春」,從北捷文湖線/松山新店線南京復興站7號出口出站後,順著慶城街一路直行到長春路口右轉,步行約莫5分鐘就抵達,店面設計融合了傳統日式居酒屋與餐廳的特色,從店前到店內,從懸掛的竹藤造型燈俱,到別具特色的木雕門牌地址號碼,從傳統的迎賓門簾,到千萬客來的生意祈願綁繩木牌,從門前擺放的迎賓椅與等候桌,在日本傳統精緻典雅的風格中,又流轉一種時尚的創新貼心,讓人每每經過,都會忍不住佇足一探。

4月下旬某天傍晚經過店前,門窗上與窗桌上都貼有擺放著菜單,從生魚片、丼飯、手卷、握壽司、炸物、烤物、清酒,多款美食價格一目瞭然,方便過路客或外帶客人進店前參考。

窗前還貼有近期主打的丼飯與多款日式便當海報,圖文並茂讓人看得食指大動,原本是想買店家每日限量,均一價NT$90的日式便當,準備回家享用,但擺在門口窗台上的限量便當幾乎被一掃而空,我跟店員表明來意,她很爽朗地表示可以現做NT$150的外帶晚餐便當,於是我點了唐揚雞便當套餐(NT$150)與一份「轟炸可樂餅」(NT$90),一共NT$240,準備帶回家大快朵貽。

在等候店主廚師傅準備美味晚餐的過程中,我也走入店內靜靜地欣賞店家用心佈置的室內設計,入門右手邊就是典型的日式居酒屋的吧台,入口擺放著象徵生意繁盛的桃花與招財貓,新鮮的生魚片冷藏櫃中,可以看到上下兩層排列整齊,包括生魚片、章魚、蝦、蟹、貝纇等在內的各種海鮮食材,吧台前擺放了一字排開的圓凳高腳椅,吧台上則是擺放著餐具,整個環境擦拭得一塵不染。

4月下旬造訪時,店內還有餐點拍照上傳FB打卡,就送「明太子洋芋」的好康活動,我當然快手快腳地完成任務,讓店員查看後,得以享受美味的 「明太子洋芋」兩片!

入口中間到左邊,天花板上垂掛了跟店前走廊不一樣風格的燈籠造型燈俱,左邊到店內最後方牆上則擺放了日式風格的傳統山水畫、日本各地產酒、招財貓、日式手繪造型酒杯、還有一幅大章魚的手繪萌畫板,下方則是依序擺放的餐桌椅,將店內佈置出另一種明亮充滿巧思的日式風格,在店內用餐氣氛也蠻好的。

等候了約莫15分鐘,我點的唐揚雞便當套餐(NT$150)與一份「轟炸可樂餅」(NT$90),一共NT$240,還附了味噌湯,真是讓人備感貼心,回到家特別盛盤後來一一跟大家分享箇中的美味。

首先品嚐的是這份「轟炸可樂餅」(NT$90) ,一份兩大顆炸得外酥內軟的可樂餅,一口咬下是滿滿煮熟的切碎豬肉、海鮮、蔬菜、薯泥或白醬混搭而成的內餡,外層皮則是以麥粉,雞蛋和日式麵包粉包裹,炸到金棕色,一整個賞心悅目又美味!

接著再享用這道打卡送的「明太子洋芋」,香脆的洋芋片上擺滿了明太子,入口豐潤的口感在唇舌之間一整個綻放開來,香氣宜人!

 一邊吃著可樂餅與明太子洋芋,一邊喝著味噌湯,湯頭鹹度恰到好處,裡面還有蘿蔔等湯餡,喝了可以去炸物的油膩感。

最後來嚐嚐這碗特製的唐揚雞便當套餐,裡面有好幾塊碩大的炸雞塊,個個肉質鮮嫩好咀嚼,還搭配了日本黑豆、醬菜、蒸蛋、海帶絲與青花椰,一整碗跟著白米飯一起吃,口中滿滿都是幸福的滋味!

回到家另外裝盤,不管是將唐揚雞便當套餐與轟炸可樂餅,融匯成一盤,還是單放唐揚雞便當套餐,都讓人賞心悅目食欲大開!

今年四月下旬去的時候,因為正值防疫非常時期,店內用餐的客人很少,大都是選擇外帶回家吃,昨晚再經過時,順手買了一個花壽司便當(NT$90/盒),店內又恢復了過往滿座的熱鬧場景,因為已經解封,之後再找時間跟大家分享! 有機會經過長春路,千萬別錯過這家位於台北市松山區長春路490號,主生魚片、丼飯、手卷、握壽司、炸物、烤物、清酒多款美食的日式餐廳「The 春」。
