避開了8月2020米其林剛公佈「台北必比登推介美食」名單時,所引發的排隊追食熱潮,我選在去年12月下旬某天傍晚,前往這家隱身在華西街觀光夜市後半段,位於華西街17-2號的「源芳刈包」,創業於1955年,至今已有66年歷史的台灣傳統古早味美食,和緊鄰的「阿珠香菇肉羹」與附近不遠處的「阿義滷肉飯」三家小吃幕後的推手都是現年81歲的老闆吳黃義,於1955年~ 1967年先後所創建,「源芳刈包」如今已交給第二、三代接手,身體硬朗的老闆就是在旁走動巡視,人多的時候出手幫忙。

 

「源芳刈包」只賣「刈包」(NT$50/份)、「四神湯」(NT$50/碗)、「綜合湯」(NT$50/碗)、「小肚湯」(NT$60/碗)、「豬肚湯」(NT$50/碗)與「粉腸湯」(NT$60/碗)六道餐點,東西好吃品項不用多,專注在幾樣菜色,花超過半世紀去鑽研箇中精髓,應該也是得獎原因之一,雖然它的美味早已受到街坊鄰居口耳相傳的肯定,也挺過了半世紀多的時間考驗。

當天傍晚未到用餐高峰,人潮不算多但攤前的小桌也已坐滿客人,於是在攤前點了全瘦肉的「源芳刈包」(NT$50/份)與「四神綜合湯」(NT$60/碗)結帳後,就到後方兩攤合建的用餐餐廳等候餐點上桌,整個用餐區佈置得十分雅緻,牆上與桌椅充滿了中式典雅的古風,精緻而質樸,店內環境收拾得十分乾淨,最後一桌擺滿了家常菜,應該是給家人用的餐點,不過客人陸續上門,第二、三代幫手都在前面攤子忙,也沒時間到後方用餐,真是辛苦了,期間看到一位老太太與老闆走進走出,跟騎車回家的孫子話了家常後,開始為另一攤「阿珠香菇肉羹」開業作準備。

很快地我點了「源芳刈包」(NT$50/份)與「四神綜合湯」(NT$60/碗)都送上桌,首先品嚐的是「源芳刈包」(NT$50/份),它的外皮軟中帶實,咬起來有點嚼勁,裡頭的瘦肉很紮實,入口微鹹,佐以滿滿花生粉、鹹菜與香菜調味,入口口感豐富獨幟一格,風味跟台北其它幾家同富盛名的刈包都不同,各具特色就看客人本身的口感偏好。

接著品嚐的是「四神綜合湯」(NT$60/碗),裝滿了豬肚、小肚與粉腸的四神湯,用料豐富與湯入口都很清新感,咀嚼起來也很夠味,可說是湯鮮味美的老字號古早味,喜歡吃傳統小吃的朋友,如果來到華西街觀光夜市,可以來嚐鮮!

繼去年11月初首訪這家位於西園路一段194號,龍山寺捷運站旁的「兩喜號」西園店後,12月底再次造訪,上回吃了「經典魷魚羹」(NT$65/大碗)、「乾麵」(NT$35/碗)、「滷油豆腐」(NT$30/盤)與「現炸牛蒡天婦羅滷油豆腐」(NT$35/盤)(文章請看(北捷龍山寺周邊美食)「兩喜號」西園店 --- 迎接創業百年老店換新裝,傳承四代古早味小吃,遠近馳名芳香四溢! ),這回再點店內其它招牌小吃「米粉炒」(NT$35/盤)、「現炸鮮蝦捲兩條」(NT$35/盤)、「酥炸赤肉塊」(NT$50/盤),以及只有在「兩喜號」西園店才吃得到的新菜色「清湯瓜仔排骨」(NT$60/盅),一共NT$180,再次見識到百年老店古早味的美食風采!

 

店內每道小吃都用心烹調,用餐環境乾淨、上菜有效率,服務態度也很棒,這幾點非常值得一提,因為台灣大部份傳統小吃名店,除了餐點好吃外,其它都有待改進,「兩喜號」西園店 樹立了很好的指標,不僅是為了慶祝創業百年重新裝潢,也在上菜效率,服務態度上都有所改善,最重要的是,大部份的店員都是中高齡,證明只要有心都能做到以客為尊的成效,年齡真的不是問題。

首先品嚐的是「米粉炒」(NT$35/盤),它家的米粉炒以油蔥、豆芽菜與蒜汁調味,米粉不會太多湯汁過濕,入口清爽多層次!

接著品嚐的是這盤 「現炸鮮蝦捲兩條」(NT$35/盤),自從去年電影「孤味」票房大賣後,一時之間全台掀起蝦捲潮,台北當然也有很多賣蝦捲的小吃名店,「兩喜號」西園店的蝦捲一盤兩條,份量不算多,現點現炸斜切上桌,看得到內餡飽滿的蝦仁,外皮炸得香酥脆,佐以獨門調醬,吃來別有一番滋味!

第三道品嚐的是「酥炸赤肉塊」(NT$50/盤),五條炸得脆脆的赤肉塊,搭配同樣的調醬,入口有咬勁,份量十足!

最後品嚐的是這道只有在「兩喜號」西園店才吃得到的新菜色「清湯瓜仔排骨」(NT$60/盅),它的湯色看起來濃郁,喝入口卻十分清甜不死鹹,一盅內好幾塊已燉到幾近入口即化的排骨十分軟嫩,搭配瓜條更顯湯鮮味美,讓人喝到身心暢快滿足!

這家隱身在士林夜市周邊,位於小東街27號的「無店名魷魚羹」,搭乘北捷淡水信義線,從劍潭站1號出口出站,順著文林路直走,到小東街左轉,約莫5分鐘可抵達,店面不大很不顯眼,一個不小心就會忽略走了過去,店家又別出心裁不取店名,但如果你幸運找到了店家,就能入內一嚐酷酷店主人用心販賣的魷魚羹(NT$65/碗)與乾麵(NT$45/碗),傳統古早味的美食。

首先品嚐的是這碗古早味乾麵(NT$45/碗),麵條選的是細白麵,吃上一口就能讓人感受到麵條的Q勁,油蔥拌乾麵一整個充滿滋味,加點香菜簡單的提香,簡單的古早味,就讓人吃得津津有味,搭配店家招牌的魷魚羹(NT$65/碗),一口麵一口湯乾濕兩搭一整個絕配!

接著品嚐這碗招牌的「魷魚羹」(NT$65/碗),魷魚外面裹上了肉,入口紮實份量足,湯頭有點勾芡,加上白蘿蔔切塊、紅蘿蔔切絲與香菜,讓口感變得更溫潤暖心,下回逛到士林小東街,不妨來「無店名魷魚羹」嚐鮮!

「津味肉圓」於民國75年在板橋起家,一開始是擺攤,專賣清蒸肉圓、四神湯、油飯與羊肉湯,因為料實味美生意蒸蒸日上,一路從小吃攤轉進店面,現在更發展成板橋、台北與永和三家店,去年12月上旬,因緣際會來到了這家座落於牯嶺街與寧波西街交叉口,位於牯嶺街41號的「津味肉圓」 台北店,下雨的寒夜看到這家老店,一整個飢腸轆轆了起來,立刻走進店內準備大快朵飴一番,店面不大就幾張桌子,牆上貼著菜單,除了肉圓與四神湯外,還有肉粽與魚丸湯,只要點肉圓或肉粽,搭配任何湯品,就折價5元,單筆消費滿400元,再送肉圓一份,誠意十足。

首先品嚐的是這盤兩顆的清蒸肉圓,年紀輕時大都吃炸肉圓的,年紀漸長就多吃清蒸肉圓,其實好吃的店家就好吃,不管是哪一種,這家「津味肉圓」(NT40/一盤2粒)跟我之前吃過的清蒸肉圓口感都不一樣,外皮更軟Q,內餡不多入口恰到好處,同時嚐到了皮Q與蜆實的優點,佐以香菜與店家獨門醬汁,吃起來不會太油膩。

再來品嚐的是這碗裝有豬腸、豬肚的四神湯,湯鮮醇溫潤,入口香氣慢慢地在喉中散了開來,喝上一口暖胃又暖心,寒冬雨夜來上一碗,讓回家的路上整個身子都暖和了起來!

每回到訪金山老街,逛完了整條老街來到了街尾的古廟慈護宮拜拜求健康平安後,總會被廟前那台專賣蔥油餅的藍色貨卡前長長的排隊人潮所吸引,幾次想買都因為等待時間過久而放棄,去年三月Covid-19疫情爆發後,就沒再前往金山老街,生意也大受影響,隔了一年後,於今年元旦假期前往,發現慈護宮也再進行維修重建,原本的廟前牌樓也被移除,多了一棟臨時搭建的廟堂供信眾參拜,而原先熟悉的藍色貨卡身影,也搖身一變成了小吃攤,移進了廟前面對聖母大樓右手邊的巷子內,排隊人潮依然還在,而這次終於如願以償吃到了遠近馳名的在地小吃 --- 金山「黃。蔥油餅」,每片NT$35,全都加蛋,一口咬下果真是名不虛傳,美味好吃到讓人豎起大姆指!

小吃攤由夫婦兩人共同經營,先生專注揉麵團與炸蔥油餅,打蛋加蔥手起手落過程乾淨俐落,熱氣與香氣四溢,讓在旁頂著寒風排隊的我,看得食欲大開!

一炸好起鍋就交由太太接手加醬油或辣椒醬裝袋交給客人,兩人合作無間,節奏明快讓人激賞。

拿著我的戰利品,炸得外皮金黃通透,蛋皮焦香的 金山「黃。蔥油餅」,趁熱一口咬下真是人間一大樂事! 老闆用青蔥毫不手軟,給得十分大方,一掀開整個滿溢出來,映入眼簾、香在口中,暖在心胃,下回有機會造訪金山老街慈護宮的朋友,一定要來嚐鮮,感受熱騰騰的美味金山「黃。蔥油餅!

甚麼?才剛開幕四天就滿座,都過了三天優惠折扣,初面_北投石牌店麵飯讓人一吃傾心的秘密在.....

 

甫於2021年1月6日全新開幕的「初面_北投石牌店」,座落在石牌路二段99巷3號,隱身在永明派出所後方的巷內,沒仔細看很容易就匆匆走過,但初面_北投石牌店以其「自家熬煮,純心湯麵」的烹調特色,主打番茄、雞湯蘿蔔與爆炒蝦湯三種獨門湯醬,可選搭牛、豬、雞、蝦肉與菇類的乾湯麵食,與特製咖哩豬、雞肉飯,度過了三天的開幕優惠促銷活動,1月10日晚上造訪時,依然是座無虛席,內用滿座還有不少客人外帶,完全看不出是一家才剛開幕幾天的新店。迅速吸引了男女老少前來嚐鮮。

 

晚上樓外招牌明亮,店面以落地窗大片玻璃的裝潢設計,讓路過的旅人能一眼看到店內熱絡的用餐氛圍,門口還擺滿了慶開幕的祝賀花籃,也有準備小長椅讓客人休息等候,門口中間擺放的菜單立架與龍門旗,方便第一次造訪的客人,能先翻閱參考。

從右手邊推門進入,靠右牆面是一幅巨大圖文產品照,下方同樣擺放了椅子,讓點餐外帶的客人能輕鬆等待,全間店燈光明亮溫暖,中間是迎賓點餐結帳櫃台,有專人為客人服務。

走過點餐櫃台,牆面是橘色黑繪的圖案,前面還擺放有兒童專用椅,大小朋友一家人來吃也沒問題。循著右邊樓梯是廚房與出餐口,只見送餐店員忙進忙出上上下下,中間還有樓梯往下走,是另一處用餐空間,設計巧妙又有特色!

選了最靠門口的桌子坐下,桌上已擺放好圖文對照的完整菜單,立牌教客人怎麼吃番茄牛肉麵的秘訣、印刷精美的正反面廣告單張,與點菜單,連衛生餐巾都印有店家名號,做足了宣傳功夫,菜單裡除了前面提到的麵飯主打外,還有各式特色小菜,讓人看得食指大動!

當晚我點了一碗「番茄牛肉麵」(NT$160/碗),麵條有拉麵與刀削麵兩種可選,我選了最愛的刀削麵,一盤「肉醬薯條」(NT$60/碗)與一盤小菜「涼拌豆干」(NT$30/盤),尖峰用餐時間,沒讓我等太久,店員便用托盤送上了整套的餐點,還多了一盅牛肉湯與一盤小份的涼拌豆干,讓人十分驚喜,店員還很貼心地說明要如何吃番茄牛肉麵與牛肉湯的用法,服務態度十分良好而貼心。

首先品嚐的是點一盤變兩盤,一大一小一圓一方的小菜「涼拌豆干」(NT$30/盤),是入口冰鎮的豆乾,搭配小黃瓜切片與辣椒絲,入口軟嫩清爽而開胃!

1921年,「兩喜號」創辦人,18歲的陳兩喜,用扁擔挑著美味的魷魚羹,在萬華龍山寺前叫賣,一碗羹中有爽脆的魷魚片,與Q彈的旗魚丸,料實味美贏得許多忠實老主顧,生意蒸蒸日上,「兩喜號」也從第一代一人挑的遊動美食,到第二代成了落腳龍山商場的固定攤販。

 

1989年,第三代陳秉駿接手,歷經1993年龍山商場拆遷,選在西園路擺攤重新做起,直到2003,十年奮鬥有成,終於有了可以永續經營的店面,2015年第四代陳輿安放下玩音樂,接手祖業,現在廣州街、西園路與南機場各有一家,為了迎接2021創業百年的歡慶,今年10底前西園店也完成了店外招牌與店內裝潢更新,走過2020年全球肺炎病毒造成的商業損失,寄望2021百年再創高峰!

 

店內品項也愈發多元化,從經典單品的魷魚羹、魚酥羹、蝦仁羹、花枝羹、炸魚塊羹、酥炸赤肉羹、綜合羹與清湯瓜仔排骨(西園店限定),到麵、米粉、冬粉與飯,再到單點炸物小菜如天婦羅、蝦捲等等,從傳統古早味,到傳承新創菜色,樣樣平價又美味,而且上菜速度快,店員服務也很周到,充滿質樸的人情味,喜歡台灣小吃的朋友,不管是全家還是呼朋引友聚餐,吃巧吃飽都一次滿足。

11月初點了「經典魷魚羹」(NT$65/大碗)、「乾麵」(NT$35/碗)、「滷油豆腐」(NT$30/盤)與「現炸牛蒡天婦羅滷油豆腐」(NT$35/盤),一共NT$165,就吃得非常滿足。

九月下旬首訪了這家位於台北市萬華區三水街109號,主打肉圓、油粿、肉粽與四神湯等傳統美食的蘇家肉圓油粿,老店創立於1946年,傳承至今74年,上回首訪品嚐了肉圓與四神湯,這回在10月上旬二訪,搭乘台北捷運板南線,從龍山寺站 1號出口出站,往右後方順著三水街步行1分鐘就抵達,品嚐了另外三道招牌美食「油粿」(NT$35/碗)、「肉粽」(NT$40/個)以及「肉羹」(NT$50/碗),一共NT$125,古早味小吃都給人一種時光悠遠的質樸味,份量不大吃起來剛剛好。一進門入口就可以看到熱騰騰的肉圓與油粿在鍋裡炸著,看起來就很下飯,讓人一整個想大快朵頤。

接著就來到了這極有客家風情的桌步前坐下,等候著當天點的三道古早味餐點油粿」(NT$35/碗)、「肉粽」(NT$40/個)以及「肉羹」(NT$50/碗)送上來。

首先品嚐的是油粿」(NT$35/碗),芋頭風味為主的油粿,入口紮實又吃得到軟綿的風情,加上香菜與醬油膏畫龍點睛,小小一碗很爽口!

第二道接著品嚐的是這道「肉粽」(NT$40/個),小小一個用料豐富,蛋黃、栗子、香菇、豬肉與糯米樣樣不少,入口很豐盈,搭配香菜更能提味。

最後品嚐的是這碗「肉羹」(NT$50/碗),是紮實的不裹粉的古早味肉羹,一點點小勾芡,吃起來黏度恰到好處,肉羹軟嫩好咀嚼,兩次造訪充份感受蘇家肉圓油粿」老店得以傳承走過這麼長歲月的實力,喜歡這些傳統台灣小吃的朋友,經過不要錯過!

八月下旬天氣還很熱,看完電影想找一個比較涼快的地方用餐,自然往欣欣百貨B1地下美食街覓食,循著樓梯往下走到B1,就在左手邊看到這家「舒朵蚵仔煎排骨飯」,不但有多達12套超值套餐,各種台灣小吃的美食組合,選擇十分豐富,如果兩個人一起吃,還可以點雙人套餐,價格更優惠,當然還有許多可以單點的小菜任君加點,除了有圖文並茂的燈箱可對照,還有實體仿物的方便點餐。

當天我點了1號餐「蚵仔煎 + 擔仔麵 + 燙青菜」(原價NT$170,優惠價NT$135),都是大家熟悉的台灣小吃,接著就來跟大家分享這家「舒朵蚵仔煎排骨飯」的道地台灣小吃美食。

首先品嚐的是這盤「蚵仔煎」,蛋皮、豆芽與青菜煎得剛剛好,蚵仔很新鮮,勾欠量剛剛好,醬料就是一般常吃到的風味,入口Q彈軟嫩好滋味。

接著品嚐的是這碗擔仔麵」,細麵入口軟嫩,加點肉燥跟煮熟的魯蛋,湯頭不過鹹,份量剛剛好。

9月中旬到桃園逛逛,週日清晨特別來到這家位於桃園市桃園區中正路206號,桃園大廟景福宮斜對面巷口,開店20多年的「桃園大廟口切仔麵蚵仔麵線美濃粄條」,主打切仔麵、蚵仔麵線、美濃粄條與多種小菜,店家一大早6點半就開門做生意,前來享用美食的客人,從店內坐滿到了店面周邊,因為生意好,服務人員訓練有素,只要看到有客人桌上空著,就會主動詢問點餐沒,送餐速度快,結帳與收拾桌面動作迅速確實,才能應付一波波湧進的人潮!

當天點了一碗的「蚵仔麵線」(NT$60/)與一盅「甜不辣」(NT$50/),一共NT$110,就能飽餐一頓在地人的傳統早午餐,首先品嚐的是這碗「甜不辣」(NT$50/),白蘿蔔、魚丸、甜不辣常見的用料都有,調醬還可以,吃起來口感普通,相較於其它店內招牌餐點不算太出色。

接著享用店內招牌餐點「蚵仔麵線」(NT$60/),蚵仔新鮮吃得出,麵線屬於不太黏稠的煮法我喜歡,柴魚湯頭別出心裁,撒上香菜,口感清淡份量恰到好處,當然喜歡吃辣的朋友,可以添加店家的辣醬,那又是另外一番滋味,一整碗吃完很神清氣爽,美好一天的清晨就此開啟! 

 

下回有機會造訪也要嚐嚐,另外兩道招牌美食「切仔麵」與「美濃粄條」,享用混搭台式客家美食的滋味,除了招牌菜之外,店家也提供多款切盤與青菜,有機會造訪桃園的朋友,大家一起去領略!

每回有機會到桃園逛,總不忘從火車站沿著中正路一路逛下去,白天它是許多早市、賣菜、賣水果、賣肉的小販集散地,到了傍晚搖身一變,就成了許多當地人與觀光客愛逛的夜市,賣著各種口味的小吃攤與店家,從俗稱「桃園大廟」的景福宮廟後一路延伸到位於三民路與北埔路、正康二街與中正一街之間的桃園觀光夜市,成了桃園夜晚人潮最多最明亮的區域。

 

其中這家位於中正路237號,有20多年歷史,目前由第二代掌廚的「桃園廟後阿泓雞肉飯」,每天從下午4點到凌晨4點營業,總是能吸引許多客人內用與外帶,因為其獨步全台與眾不同的阿泓雞肉飯,店家就是從小吃攤起家,因風味獨特名氣傳開後生意蒸蒸日上,一路發展成現在的店面! 店內每桌上都擺放著點菜單,方便客人勾選,菜色多選琳瑯滿目,桃園市內點餐超過NT$300,店家也提供外送的服務。

9月中旬再度造訪,當晚我點了一碗大碗的「阿泓雞肉飯」(NT$60/)與一盅「佛跳牆」(NT$90/),便吃得滿口生香意猶味盡首先品嚐的是這碗獨門配料的「阿泓雞肉飯」(NT$60/),除了大家熟悉的入口軟嫩好咀嚼的雞肉條與米飯外,上面還放了別家不成看過的酸菜與菜脯乾,當然還要淋上唇齒留香的雞油,但經過店家高超的烹調手法,入口完全不會太過油膩,獨家配料酸菜與菜脯乾,跟雞肉米飯混搭著吃,入口竟然不死鹹,大碗的「阿泓雞肉飯」(NT$60/)份量足,吃起來很過癮!

接著搭配「阿泓雞肉飯」最好的是來一盅平價的「佛跳牆」(NT$90/),店家很用心,沒有因為價格便宜用料就少,幾乎各種常見的用料干貝、魷魚絲、栗子、蓮子、黑木耳、芋頭、筍絲等等食材,在這盅裡都吃得到,湯頭同樣不會讓人覺得過油膩,吃得到香氣四溢的食材,又很有飽足感,真的是蠻划算,當然除了「阿泓雞肉飯」與「佛跳牆」外,店家也提供多款湯品與小菜,有機會造訪桃園的朋友,不妨前去品嚐感受!

今年七月底搭北捷松山新店線,從中山站R9地下街搭電梯出口,就在爵士廣場旁,有家店面不大,但生意鼎盛內用外帶客人絡繹不絕,位於台北市大同區南京西路2520號的「雙連巷仔內大腸煎」,主打大腸圈、香菇肉羹與乾麵乾米粉,單價從NT$25到NT$60不等,高CP值的平民小吃古早味美食,吃巧吃飽任你選,因為一天只賣11:00 ~ 19:00七小時,所以老客人都知道想吃要趁早,晚了就吃不到,也因為生意太好,店家現在也提供一盒NT$240的冷凍大腸圈禮盒,與手工肉羹一斤NT$200,記得要兩天前預訂,一通電話: (02)2550-8765馬上搞定,店門前那一大鍋擺滿了大腸圈的美食,讓人頓時備感饑腸轆轆了起來!

走進店內空間不大但燈火通明,桌面也收拾得十分乾淨,牆上有印刷精美圖文並茂的店家廣告,當然還有大菜單小點菜單,供入內享用的客人迅速點單,因為客人多,備餐送餐的速度也很快,客人吃得快一輪一輪來去,創造雙贏的局面,大家皆大歡喜!

店內招牌商品「大腸圈」分成原味、花生與綜合三種,份量分成半份與一整份,方便男女客人選點,價錢都一樣是NT$30與NT$60/盤,「香菇肉羮」同樣分成大小碗,價格分別是NT$45與NT$65,當天我點了一盤「綜合大腸圈」(原味與花生各半,NT$60/盤)與一碗大碗的「香菇肉羮」(NT$65/碗),一共NT$125,就吃得開心又飽足! 首先品嚐的是 「綜合大腸圈」,蒸得軟嫩恰到好處,入口不會太黏牙,搭配香菜與醬油調味,原味與花生兩種風味一次品嚐,真是人間至高享受!

續上篇介紹位於台北市萬華區三水街70號,隱身在新富文化市場內的日式古蹟茶屋「合興八十八亭」,這篇要介紹靠近龍山寺站更近的一家創立於1946年,傳承至今已有74年的美食老店「蘇家肉圓油粿」,搭乘台北捷運板南線,從龍山寺站 1號出口出站,往右後方順著三水街步行1分鐘,就抵達這家位於台北市萬華區三水街109號,主打肉圓、油粿、肉粽與四神湯等的傳統古老味,風味獨具,跟一般吃到的口感大不同。

 

從店門口攤位到店內牆上,貼了許多美食節目主持人與老闆老闆娘多年前的合照,到整家店內桌椅的裝潢,處處透露著一種歷史感,歲月輾轉74年,傳承三代,迷人的風味一直保持得非常好,老台北人必訪的台式小吃店。

當天我點了一碗蘇家肉圓(NT$45/碗),與一碗蘇家四神湯(NT$50/碗),只要不到兩個銅板價,就能滿足口腹之欲,從用料到湯頭完全由店家手工自製,風味獨幟一格別具特色,完全不輸其他得獎的名店。

首先品嚐的是這碗蘇家肉圓(NT$45/碗),它的碗不大,看似份量不多,但吃起來卻是紮實不油,肉圓的皮入口Q彈,在舌尖唇齒之間,迸發出迷人的咬勁,內餡有豬肉,搭配筍絲與香菜,一整個好清香! 醬油可以少放些,以符合現代人對健康的訴求。

接著品嚐這碗蘇家四神湯(NT$50/碗),用料應該是我吃過的四神湯最豐富,豬小腸、豬肚與薏仁,與一些我叫不出部位名稱的豬內臟,全放在一起湯頭卻不會混濁,湯頭入口潤醇,現在時序入秋天氣轉涼,更是喝上一碗四神湯的好時節。

每次搭乘北捷淡水線,從石牌站出站後,到北投石牌逛,傍晚經過石牌路二段、裕民一路、二路構成的商區夜市,有數不盡的台灣、中式、韓式、日式小吃店與小吃攤,吸引著往來饑腸轆轆的旅人,其中一家位於台北市北投區裕民二路14號,店面外觀並不華麗的台式小吃店「味興炒飯麵粥蚵仔煎小菜」,店內菜單主打炒飯、炒麵、粥類、湯、湯麵與小菜六大類,每種類別底下都有多種不同口味的餐點可以選擇,價格帶除了乾煎馬頭魚是時價計算外,其餘餐點落在NT$10 ~ NT$120之間,經濟實惠CP值蠻高,所以內用外帶客人的人潮不斷,總是座無虛席,生意非常好!

當晚我點了一盤「三鮮炒飯」(NT$85/盤)、一盤「吻仔魚蔥蛋」(NT$50/盤)與一碗「花枝湯」(NT$50/盤),一共NT$185,就吃得好飽實! 首先是這盤一端上桌就讓人覺得色香味俱全的「三鮮炒飯」(NT$85/盤),炒得米粒軟嫩熟度都掌握得恰到好處,上面看得到蚵仔、蝦仁與花枝,拌上蔥香與蛋香,入口一整個好美味。

接著品嚐這盤「吻仔魚蔥蛋」(NT$50/盤),這家老闆的炒蛋功力非常好,簡單的吻仔魚、蔥與蛋,就能炒出一盤讓人入口餘韻綿綿的熱菜。

最後品嚐的是這碗「花枝湯」(NT$50/盤),花枝用料很新鮮,入口很Q彈有咬勁,加點薑絲與蔥,鹹度掌握的剛剛好,一整碗就是很棒的湯,店家營業時間從週一到週日11:00 ~ 22:30,喜歡台灣小吃的朋友,有機會造訪石牌裕民商區時,不妨前來一嚐老闆道地的手藝!

ATT 4 Charge 購物商場座落在台北市中山區大直敬業三路123號,去年12月啟用後,成了大直商圈另一處以現代新女性特別是媽媽族群為主的購物商場,四層樓主打四大主題「玩樂學習」、「互動智能科技」、「戶外休閒」、「時尚美食」,為新女人打造出休閒、時尚,還能滿足柴米油鹽需求的服務型商場,六月下旬前往二樓「時尚美食」(Food Terrace)覓食前,也小逛了一下百貨商場前的特色餐屋,以及每一層樓,各具特色的設計,用色鮮明十分吸引人。

二樓的「時尚美食」(Food Terrace)寬敞時尚,每間餐飲都各具特點,也用餐區都讓人心曠神怡,陽光透過玻璃帷幕灑進室內,特別的舒適輕鬆。

想吃的餐家其實蠻多的,先從這家以魯肉飯美味起家,總店開在林口的「玉女號魯肉飯」開始嚐鮮起,因為它的餐飲設計三家都不同,會隨著每間店開店所在區域特色量身訂做,以ATT 4 Recharge 大直店為例,就是以套餐為主,當天沒點招牌魯肉飯,點了一套從未在別家店吃過的「無骨鹽酥雞切仔麵佐黑木耳乾絲雙拼」(NT$160),美味一樣出色,整體上來說CP值蠻高的,一整個物超所值,結帳取得號碼燈後,就可自行尋找喜歡的用餐區入座。

首先品嚐的是一盤雙拼的兩種輕食「黑木耳」與「乾絲」,用料新鮮兩種口感一清脆一香軟,暑熱正至熾的炎夏,吃起來特別的爽口,搭配炸物與湯麵一起食用,巧妙地產生完美的平衡,吃起來不油不膩十分清爽!

接著品嚐這盤要大推的無骨鹽酥雞,口感比起一般鹹酥雞更輕盈爽口,咬起來鹹香爽脆,顆顆在口中香氣四溢瀰漫飄動,非常有玉女號的獨門特色,跟兩道輕食搭配著吃更是一絕,炸物通常會有的油膩感瞬間消失殆近盡,讓人口口驚豔

最後品嚐的是這碗道地的台灣傳統古早味陽春麵,用了大家熟悉的黃油麵,飽滿地吸附湯汁,麵條上放了切半的半生熟蛋,再佐以芹菜末、韮菜、油蔥酥與豆芽,為整個湯頭更添香氣,入口軟嫩好咀嚼,讓人吃得一整個心滿意足!

上週一參加采昌國際多媒體主辦,預定 2020.07.03 在台上映的新片《戰爭中的鬼故事》特映會,不僅電影好看,入場前主辦單位便送上端午節應景小禮,看完電影出場後,更貼心地送上這家開在延三夜市,主打肉粽與魚丸湯,有著60年歷史的老攤「阿欉大橋頭肉粽」的招牌肉粽,跟看這部新片《戰爭中的鬼故事》電影,讓大家驚喜連連!

當天看完電影晚上回到家,放入電鍋蒸過,店家也有教客人如果放在冷藏室取出,就放一杯水,如果是放在冷凍室後去取出,則加兩杯水,等起鍋後燜5分鐘,打開淋上甜辣醬,就可以開始品嚐 「阿欉大橋頭肉粽」的招牌肉粽(NT$60/顆)。

吃過西門町知名的肉粽店,同樣是NT$60/顆的價位來比,「阿欉大橋頭肉粽」的招牌肉粽,不但個頭較大,內餡也更豐盛,有栗子、鹹蛋黃、五花肉、和香菇,栗子一整顆渾圓飽滿,蒸過後入口香氣四溢,五花肉瘦肉與肥肉各半,鹹蛋黃與香菇都是真材實料,搭配蒸得軟嫩不黏牙的米飯,吃一顆就很有飽足感,CP值超高的,下回要找時間親訪延三夜市的「阿欉大橋頭肉粽」攤位的招牌肉粽與魚丸湯,感受60年老攤的美食魅力!

隔了三年再造訪這家位於台北市萬華區西寧南路70號,萬年大樓B1樓10室的「貝玉甜不辣‧天婦羅‧魷魚羹」是許多台北人從小吃到大的小吃老店,主打煮的「甜不辣」、炸的「天婦羅」與「魷魚羹」,還有米糕也是一絕,小吃店的裝潢一樣小巧,收拾得蠻乾淨的,這次去還多了些鮮打果汁與甜品,冷熱都有選擇不少,想吃巧或吃飽在這裡都可以滿足,當天我點了一碗小的甜不辣」(NT$60/小碗 ~NT$80/大碗)與一碗「肉羹湯」(NT$60/碗),一共NT$120。

 首先品嚐的是「甜不辣」(NT$60/小碗 ~NT$80/大碗),它家的甜不辣口味與醬料獨幟一格,跟附近的賽門甜不辣與賽門鄧普拉的甜不辣的味道都不一樣,三家老店口味各據一方,生意也一樣強強滾,甜不辣好咀嚼,醬料有加到分,吃起來不會飽但口感很討喜!

 接著品嚐的是這碗「肉羹湯」(NT$60/碗),是不裹粉的傳統肉羹,入口軟嫩,佐以白蘿蔔與蛋花勾點芡,入口軟嫩好入口,湯頭濃郁好滋味!

許久沒來到這家成立於1950年,位於台北市開封街二段46號「賽門鄧普拉」台北西門總店,走過了分家風潮,如今以全新的品牌在台北、新北與新竹共6家分店,做得有聲有色,店面依然如記憶中收拾得十分整潔乾淨,店前美食烹煮中,寒冬中熱煙嬝嬝,讓人倍感溫暖。

 

每回來必點「招牌甜不辣」(NT$70/大碗)、「炸餛飩酥/牛蒡天婦羅雙拼」(NT$60/盤)與「高麗菜捲」(NT$70/盤),這回也不例外,一次吃個過癮!

首先品嚐的是這盤「高麗菜捲」(NT$70/盤),純手工製作的高麗菜捲,內餡紮實有份量,入口咬下去湯汁飽滿,爽口清脆爽,淋上店家祖傳獨門醬料,很棒的開胃小品。

接著品嚐的是店家的「招牌甜不辣」(NT$70/大碗),店家每日以純手工的頂級旗魚漿、甜不辣漿、蘿蔔等新鮮原料組成內餡,同樣淋上濃醇醬汁,入口Q彈有咬勁吃到剩下一點點,還可以自行到店前舀上一碗柴魚湯頭,清潤回甘讓整碗甜不辣吃起來更有滋有味!

 最後再來一盤混搭的「炸餛飩酥/炸牛蒡天婦羅雙拼」(NT$60/盤),炸餛飩與炸牛蒡天婦羅,色澤金黃亮眼,佐以醃漬小黃瓜,入口清爽輕脆,很有飽足感!

搭乘台北捷運板南線,從新埔捷運站1號出口出站後,順著文化路一段左轉至陽明街口右轉,順著陽明街一路直行到文德路口,一看到板橋四維公園,就左轉過馬路,從捷運站出發約莫10分鐘的腳程,就抵達這家位於新北市板橋區文德路18號,剛開幕不到兩個月,生意已經強強滾的連鎖平價麵店「饗記.呷麵呷麵平價麵舖板橋店」,新埔捷運站跟板橋四維公園兩個地點,都提供Youbike 服務,騎Youbike 的話時間就更縮短。

 

店前明亮的直式與橫式招牌十分顯眼,讓人遠遠就能看見,門口還懸掛促銷動橫布條,店家開幕期間有推出光輝十月來店用餐飲料買二送一,小菜依打卡人數免費送,以及開幕期間,拍照上傳FB按讚打卡,就能以特價NT$49享用「饗記燒豚丼」等優惠,讓人看得好心動!

 

饗記.呷麵呷麵平價麵舖板橋店」整間店面設計,完全改變一般對傳統麵店的印象,落地窗的設計,讓經過的客人可以一目瞭然,看見店內寬敞明亮的用餐環境,自動門入口設在最右邊,輕巧一按就開門迎賓,接待人員笑臉迎人,讓人如沐春風賓至如歸。

一推門進入「饗記.呷麵呷麵平價麵舖板橋店」整個店內格局,以中間的隔板一分為二,上面以盆景裝飾,雅緻又大方。前半段兩邊都是用餐區,分設靠牆與靠窗的長桌,還有四人桌,方便不同來客數入座,右後方則設有點餐結帳櫃台,廚房則隱身在左後方,牆上鑲有店家中英文品牌名稱,以及懸掛一些攝影作品,在精心設計的燈光照射下,整個空間給人一種平靜愉悅的用餐氛圍,當天中午用餐高峰,全店客滿,我們一直等到下午客人散去才搶拍店內裝潢,但客人還是陸續進來,生意真的蠻好的!

中央靠牆處則是沾醬區與回收區,客人可以自行調料、拿取相關餐具,用餐完畢將餐具擺放到回收區,保持整個空間的清新乾淨,在「饗記.呷麵呷麵平價麵舖板橋店」店內用餐完全聞不到一絲油煙味,讓人吃起來特別舒暢! 牆上還貼有開幕慶活動,冷飲買二送一,小菜依用餐打卡人數免費送,讓人看得好心動! 愛吃水餃餛飩的朋友,現在也提供外賣的服務喔!

接續上篇介紹店主人James開設,主打創意刈包、披薩、義大利麵與多款飲品的「回家吃 Go Home To Eat(濱江市場內美食)「回家吃 Go Home To Eat」--- 創意脆皮燒肉刈包,獨門美味調醬,手工特調咖啡茶飲品巷弄飄香!  )後,這篇繼續介紹同樣座落在濱江市場巷內,位於台北市中山區龍江路370巷48-2號的「小時候雞排」。

 

回家吃 Go Home To Eat以及新鮮水產攤「李媽媽巷內鮮味市集」,是媽媽與年輕姐弟一家人合開的兩攤一店,如同上篇提到來這兒,可以先在弟弟開的回家吃 Go Home To Eat店內享用手工義大利麵、三明治、燒肉飯、花雕雞飯、沙拉,佐以喝咖啡、茶、啤酒,再來份甜點,走之前再跟姐姐經營的「小時候雞排」點些雞排、雞腿排、棒棒腿與雞塊外帶,然後再跟媽媽買些新鮮水產帶回家,就是一趟滿足的美食之旅。

 

小時候雞排」木質招牌散發樸實古早味,店家主打雞排、大雞腿、無骨雞腿排、棒棒腿、雞翅,與大唐揚雞塊,還有炸甜不辣、杏鮑菇、番薯、黃金玉米薯、古早味燒賣、黃金魚丸、魚包蛋與貢丸等配菜,店內餐點單價從NT$30到NT$75,套餐由NT$158到NT$258,可依個人食量多寡,與外帶分享人數,進行單點或選套餐,任君選配豐儉由人。

當天我就點了一份「多肉雞排」(NT$70/份)回家嚐鮮,外皮可選酥皮或脆皮,或店主人嚴選了新鮮的雞肉,下油槽炸成雞排,我特別看了槽內的用油還蠻乾淨的,吃起來相對比較安心,一整塊份量驚人,一口咬下外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,口感完全不同於一般炸過頭的雞排,喜歡吃雞排的朋友,找一天來濱江市場小巷內嚐鮮!
